Yoga has been my passion for several years now. I discovered it by accident and straight away I noticed the difference from just a 60 min class and I became fascinated!
Yoga quickly became a regular part of my life. It began to be my go to. Whenever I needed to go inwards, to ground myself, to recharge, to unwind, to quieten my mind, to find peace or just to feel good - I hit the mat. Aside from that, as a runner and office worker, I also noticed the benefits in my posture and from stretching out my muscles.
In the end, just practising was not enough for me, I wanted to teach, so that I could pass on the benefits to others. I went to India, the birthplace of Yoga and studied my 200 hours teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga School in Goa, qualifying as a teacher of Ashtanga and Vinyasa. The benefits to my well-being, mentally and physically still amaze me and I am so grateful to be able to share this with others, by offering Yoga classes in Maidenhead.

Magic Mondays - Ashtanga influenced Vinyasa Yoga Class via Zoom!
Mondays 6:30-7:30 pm
I am taking my Monday class online via Zoom as from Easter Monday!
For the time being this will replace my regular 8pm Yoga class in Maidenhead, allowing us to all stay home and stay safe.
My aim is to balance out the constant stream of bad news in the media and help bring some positivity and inner peace to the week for all attending.
Class is £5 to those unaffected financially by Corona, or free if you have been impacted.

Closes with a blissful Savasana that includes sound bowls, music and essential oils (oils optional)
